A 35-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Don Carlos Perry was instructed to serve 60 days of a six-month sentence for assault.• Samantha Davenport was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $594 and must stay out of Walmart for theft.• Ronald E. Welden was given a six-month sentence to serve for criminal impersonation and violation of probation. He must also pay $342.• Hilda R. Marsh was directed to serve two days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $496 and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and disorderly conduct.• Gerald Ray Allen was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $10,000.• Dustin Cameron Bates was bound to the grand jury on the charge of burglary and theft.• Robert E. Freeman must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Andrew Bond must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Thomas Joseph Tackett must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Clarifications• Christopher Fate Hillis, who owns C.F. Hillis Inc., is not the same person charged as a habitual traffic offender, driving on a revoked license, and leaving the scene of an accident.• Kenneth Eugene Roberts, who works with the county highway department and lives on Meadowbrook Drive, is not the same person indicted for possession of marijuana.
