A 57-person docket was heard last week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Criminal Court.Included in court action:Scott Beechum was ordered to serve 160 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must attend anger management, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and must make $500 restitution for vandalism, domestic assault, failure to appear in court and violation of probation.Vondale Solomon was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for domestic assault and resisting arrest.Jason C. Clark was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and enter the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.Stephen Ricketts was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated stalking.Bobby Rutledge Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated assault and driving on a suspended license. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.Kelly Demarais was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Cheyanna Janow was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $30 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Chase White was released on time served and was warned to stay away from Westside Manor Apartments for criminal trespassing.Jordan Gribble was instructed to serve 60 days for violation of probation.Justin Wilson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Jason Deckard was ordered to serve 60 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Paul Caldwell must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Maggie Parsons must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
