A 27-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:Audie Floyd was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for domestic assault. He must also serve 60 days for violation of probation.Teresa Stout was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must undergo anger management, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and pay $150 plus costs for domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.William Dougan was given a six-month probationary sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.Phillip Scales was directed to serve four days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.Johnny Dawson must serve seven days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Sarah Frank must serve 30 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Heather Polson must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Haley Smith had probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Jordan Dennis was released on time served and had probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Cody Harding must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
