A burning bush outside the Westwood home of a constable over the weekend has police investigating whether the incident was a prank or payback.The constable, Dennis Taylor, wants those responsible prosecuted since his house could have been set on fire. Neighbors reported smoke and flames coming from the direction of Taylor’s home Sunday night. When firemen arrived, they found what was left of a burning bush next to his house.
