A father faces child abuse charges after he allegedly whipped his children with a belt, leaving marks on them that were found by police when an officer arrived.The child abuse charges, however, were not the only charges leveled against James Nathan Turner, 34, when police arrived at his Asbury Apartment residence as the discovery of meth lab components also brought narcotics charges.Police went to the Turner home to investigate a report a child had been abused.
