A McMinnville fireman adjusts his breathing apparatus as he gets ready to fight the fire which consumed an unoccupied house at the corner of N. Chancery Street and Northgate Drive yesterday afternoon. Witnesses say there was a controlled debris burn going on nearby which caught the house on fire. The house was one of three N. Chancery Street structures purchased by local businessman Harold Martin.
