NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump's business has been fined $10,000 for installing two kiosks in, and removing a bench from, the lobby of Trump Tower. The city Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings released Hearing Officer Clive Morrick's Aug. 12 decision Wednesday. For months, city buildings inspectors have sought to enforce a unique permit governing Trump's Manhattan skyscraper.
