She was chosen among thousands of talented applicants to attend the prestigious American Musical and Dramatic Academy for the musical theater conservatory program.Godwin is a 2004 graduate of Warren County High School and a 2009 graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis. She has voice training, has studied abroad in Italy, and can play piano.Godwin has experience as an actress, singer and dancer.
