A repeat drunk driver who ran from the scene of an accident leaving his fatally injured passenger lying on the ground near the wreckage will serve 15 years in prison.The drunk driver, Mark Anthony Pack, entered a no-contest plea to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident involving fatality, and fourth-offense DUI. He was directed by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to serve 15 years in the state penitentiary, pay $3,000 plus costs, and lose his driver license for eight years.Pack is going to prison for the death of Angelica Hernandez, 27. She was his passenger when his pickup ran off Foster Road on March 8 of last year. Investigators say she was thrown from the truck as it overturned.
