A drunk hit-and-run driver has been sentenced to serve 240 days in jail.The drunk driver, Irving Houston Green Sr., 68, entered guilty pleas before General Sessions Judge Larry Ross to charges of third-offense DUI and reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to serve 120 days on both the drunk driving and endangerment charges, for a total time of 240 days. The remainder of his two-year term will be spent on probation once he is released from jail.
