Plans are coming together for Downtown by Moonlight in historic downtown McMinnville. The event will be held Feb. 14 from 5-9 p.m.Downtown by Moonlight is in its fourth year and offered by the Main Street McMinnville organization.“Come and enjoy a complete night of romance with a memorable carriage ride around Court Square, cultural events at the library and museum, and dinner and entertainment at Main Street Bakery & Cafe,” said Main Street McMinnville executive director Carla King. Highland Rim Music will be open offering local talent at its new music venue.
