Dibrell Elementary officials informed the School Board they have developed a solution to fit all, or most, of the school’s students in the existing building until the addition is complete, thus avoiding what could have been a major headache.Dibrell principal Robbie Hitchcock explained the strategy to School Board members at the request of Director of Schools Dr. Jerry Hale.“We met as a group on Monday and discussed our plans for the coming school year,” Hitchcock said. “Because it looks as if the addition will not be complete before we begin school. Hopefully the older part of the school, the existing building, will be completed.
