A second person has died following a head-on collision involving two vehicles near Warren County High School on Friday morning. The fatally injured victims have been identified as Terry McCormick, 43, and Rita Greene, 55. McCormick succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while a 2-year-old girl in his vehicle was airlifted.
