County hires two judicial commissioners

Warren County officials hired local businessman David Williams to fill the position of judicial commissioner Wednesday. In a surprise twist, a second person was also hired.“I think we had four well-qualified individuals,” said Policy and Personnel Committee member George Smartt. “Any of them could have filled this position and done a fine job.”Also applying for the position was Gerald Rowland, a 32-year veteran of law enforcement.
