Warren County commissioners have accepted a request to allow a historical plaque for local author D.J. Snow to be placed in front of the administrative building on Locust Street. “If you remember, about a month or so ago, we talked about a plaque to author D.J. Snow that someone wanted to put out here in front of the building,” said county Building and Grounds Committee chairman Carl E. Bouldin. “We need to vote on this tonight.
