A date is pending for renovation of Park Theatre to begin. The city of McMinnville is awaiting a notice to proceed from its project engineer at AEI Architects, Engineers and Planners. “We are waiting for a letter to proceed from Peter Metts,” said Mayor Jimmy Haley, during Tuesday’s Parks and Recreation Committee meeting.
