Sentences were handed down by Judge Bart Stanley recently in Circuit Court. Included in sentencing:• Amy Tibbetts was ordered to serve 210 days of a four-year sentence and make restitution for aggravated burglary, theft, and filing a false report.• Kenneth Lawson was ordered to serve 115 days of a four-year sentence, perform 100 hours public service work and pay $5,000 plus court costs for delivery of marijuana and violation of the habitual traffic offender status.• James Wray was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft and vandalism. He was given an additional 150 days for violating his probation on his prior convictions on the charge of domestic assault.• Deborah Merritt Knowles was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for criminal trespass and theft.
