Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:
• Timothy Harold Bates was ordered to serve 45 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs after having his judicial diversion set aside for violation of probation.
• Ryan Armstrong must serve 90 days before being released on community corrections for violation of probation.
• Kevin Richard Babb must serve 60 days before being released on community corrections for violation of probation.
• Tonya Marie Blaylock must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Leonard Charles Coldwell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Tisha Elaine Burns was released on 42 days time served for violation of probation.
• Jared Lee Hendrixson must serve 44 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
• Jennifer Hill must serve 150 days and had her probation extended by two years and has been placed on the Van Buren Adult Recovery program for violation of probation.
• Kyle Daniel Estes had his probation extended by two years and was transferred to adult recovery court for violation of probation.
• Karrie Margaret Jewel was ordered to serve 50 days before being released on community corrections for violation of probation.
• Daniel Marlowe must serve 90 days or attend the Tony Rice Center for violation of probation.
• Rafael Castillo Medellin must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Stanley Morris was given a 45-day sentence and will be released on community corrections for violation of probation.
• Troy Lane Parton had his probation extended by two years and will be placed in the adult recovery program for violation of probation.
• Maurie Lee Rambo was ordered to serve 90 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation. He will be placed in the adult recovery program.
• Vondale Eugene Solomon was directed to serve 90 days before being released on community corrections for violation of probation.
• Bradley Denton Robertson was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence which he will serve on weekends for violation of probation.
• Michael Lynn Woodlee must serve 60 days and have his probation extended for six months for violation of probation.
