Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.
Included in court action:
• Ashley Arnold was ordered to serve 180 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. She will be admitted to the Adult Recovery Program.
• Ritchie Allen Gilbert was issued an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must make restitution and perform 25 hours public service work for identity theft.
• Nelda Jane Bandy must serve 48 hours for driving without a license.
• Michael P. Dinovo Jr., was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must complete a firearm safety course for reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
• Jeffery Thornberry was directed to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence, make $1,872 restitution, and perform 40 hours public service work for theft.
• Dana Nicole Hastings was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.
• Whitney Ray Bruce must serve seven months for violation of probation.
• Jeffrey Chandler must serve the balance of his sentence, pay $350 plus costs, and lose his driver license for three years for violation of probation and driving on a revoked license. He has been admitted to the Adult Recovery Program.
• Nelda Jane Bandy must serve 48 hours for driving without a license.
• Brandon Ladane Robbins must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
