Nine people were sentenced recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley on charges ranging from drugs to driving without a license.Included in circuit court action:• Kali Nicole Bogle was granted a four-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for delivery of drugs.• Jamie Edmond Harper was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.• Bruce Michael Irvin was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for casual exchange and delivery of marijuana.• Lonnie Wayne Lackey was granted a four-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.• Cody Prentice Nabors was given a two-year probationary sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.• Bobby Allen McClure was ordered to serve 327 days of a five-year sentence and make $3,123 restitution for aggravated burglary.• Brittany Colene Honeycutt was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must make $2,612 restitution and perform 100 hours public service work for grand theft.• Bethany Tennera Roberts was ordered to serve 48 hours and must pay $50 plus costs for failure to carry her license.• Keith Wayne Glimps was instructed to serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.
