Sentences were handed down by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court recently, with charges ranging from drug trafficking to violation of probation.Included in circuit sentences:• Randal Boehm was ordered to serve 364 days of an eight-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Jamie Owen Watson was directed to serve 270 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth and violation of probation.• Matthew Ray Whitmire was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 32 hours public service work for delivery of Oxycodone.• Kyle Daniel Estes was given a two-year sentence for delivery of marijuana and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Christopher Lee Markey was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 30 hours public service work for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Joshua D. Dishman was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and had his probation extended by a year for attempted criminal trespassing and violation of probation.• Thomas Ray Turner and Christopher Scott Hillis were directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make $1,191 restitution and perform 48 hours public service work for aggravated criminal trespassing and theft.• Devin Reavis was instructed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 48 hours public service work and must get his GED for burglary and theft.• Jennifer Mabe was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work for criminal impersonation.• Arlin Wayne Pinkard Jr. must serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for rioting.• Scottie Nathan Coppinger was directed to serve 16 days of a two-year sentence and must pay $500 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident, simple possession of marijuana and driving without a license.• Misty Ann Keele was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose her driver license for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license.• April Fay Jernigan must serve six months for violating her probation for theft and passing a worthless check.
