Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for offenders ranging from felonious thieves to minor traffic law violators. Included in court sentences:• Brent Tyler Hill was ordered to serve six years in the state penitentiary and pay $3,827 restitution for grand theft.• Jeremiah Lewis King was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make restitution for aggravated criminal trespass and vandalism.• Janice Janette Martin was instructed to serve 70 days of a two-year sentence, pay $120 restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for forgery.• Charles Richard Anderson II was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make $87 restitution for theft.• Leonard Charles Coldwell was instructed to serve 30 days of a two-year sentence and make $990 restitution for passing a forged instrument and grand theft.• Rocky Elkins was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work, attend anger management and cannot own or possess a firearm for domestic assault.• Jeovani Jantes Cavanoc was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for six years for third-offense DUI, third-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Richard V. Almaguer must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a valid license.• Dewayne Dovie Thompson must serve 20 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation for theft.• Mark Steven Webb must serve six months for violating his probation for theft.
