Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley in cases ranging from burglary to violation of probation. Included in court action:• Luis Cabrera was directed to serve 120 days of a six-year sentence and make $2,000 restitution for burglary and theft.• Davis Leasberry Cantrell was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence and make restitution to both Security Federal and Regions banks for forgery.• Jason Glenn Deckard must serve 20 days and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Nathan Alan Forsyth was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and must stay away from the victim on the charge of assault.• Leland David Kell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and reckless endangerment. He will also be accepted in the drug court program.• Christy Bouldin served 72 days and had her probation extended by one year for violating her probation on charges of theft and assault.• Teresa McInnis must serve 20 days for violating her probation for aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
