Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley in cases ranging from burglary to violation of probation. Included in court action:
• Luis Cabrera was directed to serve 120 days of a six-year sentence and make $2,000 restitution for burglary and theft.
• Davis Leasberry Cantrell was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence and make restitution to both Security Federal and Regions banks for forgery.
• Jason Glenn Deckard must serve 20 days and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Nathan Alan Forsyth was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and must stay away from the victim on the charge of assault.
• Leland David Kell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and reckless endangerment. He will also be accepted in the drug court program.
• Christy Bouldin served 72 days and had her probation extended by one year for violating her probation on charges of theft and assault.
• Teresa McInnis must serve 20 days for violating her probation for aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
