An unlucky thief will spend the next decade behind bars after he was caught on video cashing in a winning lottery ticket.The only problem for Anthony Lynn Colwell, 43, was the lucky lottery ticket was stolen, taken by him during an earlier burglary of On the Way Market.Colwell entered a guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of burglary and theft. He was directed to serve 10 years as a Range Four offender, meaning he will have to serve almost half of the time before consideration for parole. His higher range was brought by his lengthy prior criminal record.According to Sheriff Jackie Matheny, Colwell broke into On the Way Market twice, hitting the establishment back-to-back.
