If you want to take a step back in time to visit old schools of Warren County, the Southern Standard has the thing for you.The Standard has produced a 2015 calendar on glossy paper that features many Warren County schools from yesteryear.Included in the calendar are many pictures from the Brady-Hughes-Beasley archives which are just now being made available to the public through Magness Library.Feature pictures include old schools in Cedar Grove, Campaign, Riverside, Safley Hollow, Viola, and Smartt Station. There's also an old picture of Dibrell High School with students standing in front.The calendars are now available for $5 at the Standard office. Pick up one for yourself and be sure to think about one for those hard-to-shop-for people on your Christmas list.
