A man who broke into a home to make meth was given a three-year sentence.The defendant, Joshua Turner, was given a three-year sentence by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley after he entered guilty pleas to charges of burglary and promoting the manufacture of meth. He must also pay $2,000 to the drug fund. He will be able to furlough to drug court and the Tony Rice Center when a bed is available there for rehab.He was arrested after deputies responded to a residence on Old Shelbyville Road.
