Mark Brown has resigned as one of the city’s representatives on the Industrial Development Board.Mayor Jimmy Haley presented a resignation letter from Brown during Tuesday night’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. Brown stopped attending IDB monthly meetings almost two years ago. His last meeting attended was in December 2013.
