A drunk driver faces up to 30 years in prison for ramming a pursuing deputy’s vehicle during a chase earlier this month.The alleged drunk driver, Steffen Matthew Brady, 24, has been hit with 10 criminal counts, seven of which are felonies, for running deputy Billy Joe Crouch off the road during a high-speed chase Nov. 7. The deputy’s vehicle rolled once. Crouch continues to deal with some medical issues.The felonies Brady faces are aggravated assault (three to six years), two counts of evading arrest (two to four years), vehicular assault (two to four years), two counts of reckless endangerment (one to two years), and vandalism over $10,000 (two to four years).
