A man who dumped tons of tires on private property will have to pay for his illegal dumping to the tune of $1,668.The tire dumper, Leonard Bogle, 51, entered a guilty plea Tuesday morning before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke to the charge of aggravated criminal littering. He was placed on probation for six months and must make restitution to the victims in the amount of $1,668.His sentence comes after investigators were called to property off Wilson Road. Officers found someone had dumped several hundred used tires on private property.
