It was Doggie Day at Bobby Ray Elementary on Wednesday. Pet therapy animals offered a wet welcome to students with special needs.The students were visited by three dogs — Bo, Miracle Bailey and Wes — and their owners, Donna Wanamaker and her daughter, Penny. “We love animals,” said Donna.
