A man who allegedly stuck a pistol in the face of another man while his 2-year-old daughter was in the car has been bound to the grand jury on felony assault charges.The suspect, Anthony Ray Biles, was bound to the grand jury by General Sessions Judge Larry Ross on the charge of aggravated assault. He was also warned to stay away from the victim, Thurman Crisp, pending his appearance before the grand jury.“You are to stay away from the victim,” Ross warned, saying he would revoke Biles’ bond if he went around Crisp. “I don’t want anybody getting shot.”Crisp testified he had taken Biles’ 2-year-old child to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for the child’s mother a week or so before the confrontation with Biles.
