Bennett enjoys sweet success in tea contest

Southerners love their tea. Miss Lilli Maes Schoolhouse Sale, a barn sale offered in Morrison, targeted that popularity and offered a sweet tea competition Saturday. The second annual “Miss Lilli Mae’s Schoolhouse Sale” on Saturday had a first-ever Sweet Tea Competition.Judges selected tea entered by Dale Bennett as the winner.“My husband is going to be so upset he missed this,” said his wife, Pam Bennett. “He gave specific instructions on how to make it. This is his mother’s recipe.
