The TBI has identified the Doyle man who was shot and killed by White County deputies on Friday.James Margeson was the man shot at his home on Howard Spake Lane in Doyle. Margeson died from his wounds at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga after he was airlifted by LifeFlight helicopter. The TBI is conducting an investigation.The officer-involved shooting happened around noon Friday.
