Safe, secure schools that support the teaching and learning process are a chief aim of Michael Adamson, who is announcing his bid for reelection to the 3rd District seat on the Warren County Board of Education.Adamson is now completing his first four-year term and serves as chairman of the board’s Facilities and Resource Management Committee. A building and home improvement contractor, Adamson has focused on improving and modernizing Warren County school properties and managing the education system’s energy and water usage to drive down utility costs.“The Warren County School System is one of the largest utility customers in the area, and this is an area where we can reduce our costs without giving up anything in the educational services we deliver every school day to our 6,500 students,” Adamson said. “It just makes sense to concentrate on this area of spending.
