Smokin’ in McMinnville will start cooking tomorrow. The three-day event will kick off with a Best of the Butts for Charity competition with the public judging between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tomorrow’s activities will begin with 11 teams competing for bragging rights and prize money for their favorite charity. Teams will begin arriving tonight and cooking throughout tomorrow.
