The Dibrell Wildcats 5-6 grade basketball team played host for one last game before the postseason tournament to the Morrison Eagles on Tuesday. When the final buzzer sounded, Dibrell had defended its turf with a 44-25 victory.It was a second-half rally that did the trick for Dibrell, as the score was close at the break, 17-15, in the Wildcats favor.Determined not to relinquish their one-bucket lead, Dibrell outscored Morrison, 27-10, in the final two quarters. It was the Wildcats ability to spread out the scoring as six players posted points.
