The WCMS soccer team rumbled to a win over Franklin South on Thursday night as the Lady Pioneers continued their high-scoring offense and stout defense.The Lady Pioneers captured a 5-0 win behind two first-half goals from Jessica Chastain. The win improves WCMS to 4-0 on the season and is the team’s third shutout.“We possessed the ball extremely well and made some great shots,” said WCMS coach Matt Walker. “The defense posted their sixth shutout in seven opportunities which is a key to our success,” he said referring to the preseason games as well.
