Warren County Middle School went on a scoring frenzy Monday night. Like a shark that senses blood in the water, the Pioneers kept moving inside for the two-point bucket, challenging Harris Middle School with the fast-tempo game.Limiting the Eagles to only one field goal in the first quarter, Warren County (13-0) held a 21-9 lead going into the break they wouldn’t relinquish, taking the contest win 38-22 and staying undefeated on the regular season so far.“We have to continue to trust each other and play as a team,” said Warren County basketball coach Isaiah Phillips. Warren County garnered 7 points from the charity stripe in the contest going 7-of-8 for 88 percent while Harris Middle was 0-for-2 from the line.The Pioneers continued to press their opponent defensively and distribute the basketball where eight players scored for Warren County.
