It was a bad night for Warren County High School basketball Tuesday in Sparta.

The Pioneers and Lady Pioneers both lost games that were out of reach by the end of the third quarter.

The Lady Pioneers, playing without senior guard Bree Smith, lost 53-35. Lauren Wilkinson led Warren County with 20.

The Pioneers. already trailing at halftime, were outscored 13-3 to start the third quarter and lost 76-60.
