BT Technology moved into the season tournament finals bracket with a 14-7 victory over Tennessee Warehouse in continuing girls 7-9 youth league tournament action Thursday.Jumping off to a great start, the Technology team showed they had their fundamentals squared away as they scored runs before the inning ended. Jenna Mullins, Taylor Gann, Ally Grizzle, Brooke Wilson, Abby Graves and Kaydence Wiser all tacked on runs for the Tech crew.Tennessee Warehouse’s offense struggled until later in the game, but Ivy Elrod got the Warehouse team on the board in the first with 1 run making it a 6-1 ballgame.BT Tech kept Warehouse on its heels for three innings, not allowing any runs in the second through fourth innings. BT kept adding to its lead however, making it difficult for TN Warehouse to recover as Mullins, Anna Graves and Chloe Wanamaker added 3 in the second and Graves 1 more in the third for a 10-1 lead.Going up for their last bats, BT Technology wasn’t content to sit on a 9 run lead as Wilson, Abby Graves – her third run of the night – Ashlynn Graves and Wanamaker added 4 more for a 14-1 score.TN Warehouse finally found their offensive mojo in the fifth scoring six runs as Elrod, Brynlee Chisam, Addy Belle Cocke, Elizabeth Bryant, Lola Wells and Kinsey Shields that made it a 14-7 ballgame but time ran out on the Warehouse team in the end.
