With first place at stake in the Morrison Coach Pitch League, runs were hard to scratch across the plate Thursday night.In a defensive struggle, The Winning Attitude captured a 4-2 victory over Security Federal to finish the regular season undefeated at 10-0.The win means The Winning Attitude will be the No. 1 seed when the tournament begins July 11. It's only the second loss for Security Federal, which finishes 8-2.Luke Eller broke a scoreless game in the second inning when hustled his way around the bases to put Security Federal up, 1-0.Elijah Farless would answer for The Winning Attitude in the third to knot the game 1-1.Braylon Torres smashed a solid hit to centerfield and came around to score to give The Winning Attitude its first lead in fourth inning, 2-1.Jagger Felty blasted a hit past shortstop to reach base in the fifth.
