The Warren County High School golf team claimed another top spot at a tournament Wednesday, but the Pioneers still can’t catch Cookeville.The Pioneers placed second in the Golf Capital Classic held at Lake Tansi Golf Course in Crossville, but the team finished eight strokes behind the Cavaliers. It was the second straight tournament the Pioneers finished one spot behind the Cavaliers. In the Early Bird Invitational held in Cookeville last week, the Cavaliers placed second and the Pioneers were third.
