Registration is under way for McMinnville Fall Baseball and Softball at Milner Recreation Center. Sign-ups are taking place online at mcminnvilleyouthsoccer.com. Look for the baseball tab. In-person registration will take place at Milner Recreation Center on Monday nights through Aug. 14 from 5 to 7 p.m. There are two age groups for T-ball for ages 3-6, and age groups for baseball and softball for ages 7-15. Games will be played on Mondays and Thursdays. Call athletic coordinator Terry Beard at 473-1212 for more information.

Tennis tournament

Registration

Registration is currently underway for the Dr Pepper Tennis Tournament will be held Aug. 5-7 at Milner Recreation Center. There is a July 30 deadline to enter. The cost to register is $15 for each division. There are divisions for men and women, mixed doubles, and boys and girls ages 10 and 12. Competition will take place in A, B and C classes.

Track and field

Speed Camp

Students entering grades 4-8 who want to improve their burst are encouraged to participate in the first WCMS Track and Field Speed Camp conducted by coach Scott Pritt. 

The camp will take place Aug. 2-4 at WCMS track at Nunley Stadium from 4 to 6 p.m. each day. For more information, call (937) 238-7696.
