The question of who would win the Babe Ruth League championship was answered Monday night at Edley Newman Field. After battling all season, Rotary Club finally came out on top with a 5-4 victory over NYP Nursery Supply to take home the tournament title.Rotary Club scored three of its runs in the fourth inning to take a 4-2 lead, only to see Nursery Supply tie the game in the top of the fifth and final inning by scoring two runs on passed balls. Nothing was decided until Colby Mason hit a fly ball in the bottom of the fifth that ultimately ended the game.Mason came to bat with one out and runners on second and third. Dylan Ward was itching to come in as the winning run and he got his chance when Mason skied the ball to left field.
