Monday night, Warren County Middle School was put to the test by Blackman and the Pioneers jumped out to a 1-0 halftime lead.However, the Pioneers were not able to hold on for the victory and settled for a 2-2 tie. Blackman came out firing after the break and controlled the ball for much of the second half. Blackman kept the ball on its side of the field to start the second half with much better passing and defense than the Pioneers.WCMS got on the scoreboard early in the game with an Adrian Tejas goal for what Pioneer fans thought would set the tone.
