Pioneerettes win big at dance camp

The Warren County High School Pioneerettes dance team has been attending the Universal Dance Academy camp at Tennessee Tech for a number of years. The trip to Cookeville for a week-long camp has become tradition, along with bringing back top honors.The Pioneerettes were big winners once again at the UDA camp. The team earned wins in the large varsity division, which will once again give the Pioneerettes a chance to compete in nationals.Team honors included winning the Drill Down championship, in which the team received a superior rating, and earning over 100 blue ribbons while earning superior ratings in several categories.On the first night of the camp, the Pioneerettes performed their hip hop routine choreographed by Kim Cox McCarter.
