Slowing down the State Farm offense has been a tough task, but Trevor Collins showed it can be done Tuesday night at Dottie West Field.Collins pitched six innings and had the game-winning RBI to help Pioneer Pediatrics defeat State Farm 2-1 in 11-12 boys senior league action.State Farm has been dominant on offense, oftentimes using home runs to beat down its opponents. Collins kept State Farm in check though, allowing only five hits to pick up the big victory.After Blane Elkins had kept even with Collins to keep both teams off the scoreboard in the first three innings, the offenses awoke in the fourth.State Farm struck first. Brooks Helton began the top of the fourth with a triple into the right-field gap.
