Pioneer Holden Baker had 30 points and connected on five 3-pointers to lead all scorers in Friday nights overtime loss to the Golden Eagles from Rhea County.
Warren County Pioneers versus Rhea County Golden Eagles would come right down to the end and require an overtime period to decide a winner. Emotions were running high on both sides of the ball and both teams could be seen jawing back and forth, but it would be the Golden Eagles who just would not go away and Warren County would be left with a loss after overtime, 73-71.Holden Baker was in the zone Friday night and led all scoring with a game-high 30 points for Warren County. Baker connected on five 3-pointers showing his accuracy from deep.Very late in the fourth quarter, Rhea County hit a deep 3-pointer and tied the game at 62 with 29.7 to play in regulation.
