Don’t miss the chance to nominate your favorite Warren County athlete for the local Sports Hall of Fame. Security Federal, the sponsor of the Warren County Sports Hall of Fame, is currently accepting nominations for the Class of 2023.

Letters of recommendation will be accepted until April 1, 2023. The Hall of Fame committee will be collecting all information before deciding on the next class of inductees next summer.

The Warren County Sports Hall of Fame will be growing soon, as the Class of 2022 is set to be inducted. 

The newest additions include Glen Powers, Dennis Mix, Franklin Fisher, Betty (Hardcastle) Wood, Lisa Dalton, Gary Cope and Scott Haile.

Security Federal has been on a mission to revamp the Warren County Sports Hall of Fame in the last five years and has inducted 32 new members (including this year’s seven honorees). The Warren County Sports Hall of Fame also inducted its first group in 2021, honoring the Americans Baseball team that rose to local prominence in the late 1980s and continued into the 1990s.
