With dark clouds lurking on the horizon, the Warren County Middle School Lady Pioneers made a trip to Tullahoma Friday night for a rematch of Tuesday night in which the Lady Pioneers handed Tullahoma its first defeat. WCMS had a tough game on its hands through the first five innings but the Lady Pioneers hit the gas pedal in the sixth to pull away for a 10-4 win.Lady Pioneer Maddie Cantrell dealt Tullahoma its second loss in a week from WCMS. Cantrell allowed four runs off six hits and she had three strikeouts and only two walks. The WCMS defense stepped up and closed off most of the Tullahoma offense.
